 Order Processing

At Maverick Modon, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you swiftly and securely.
All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment verification and stock confirmation.
In the rare event of a delay (due to high order volume, stock unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances), our team will promptly notify you via email or WhatsApp.


 Delivery Coverage

We proudly offer nationwide Cash on Delivery across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners.
At this time, international delivery is not available.
Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout,  please ensure all details (i.e. House No, Street No, Sector/Town/Colony and City) are accurate and complete. If any of these information is missing the delivery should not be made. Even then if the customer forces our team to send it on the said incomplete address, customer will bear all expenses related to any uneven circumstances plus No Refund of advance payment would be made 


 Shipping Charges

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service throughout Pakistan with standard Rs.195 per order — no additional hidden charges apply.

 Delivery Timeframe

  • Major cities: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Other areas: Estimated delivery within 3–8 business days, depending on location and courier schedules.

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, public holidays, or regional accessibility.


 Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp, enabling you to monitor the shipment until it safely reaches you.


 Unsuccessful Deliveries & Customer Responsibility

Customers are requested to ensure that:

  • The delivery address provided is accurate and complete.

  • Someone is available to receive the parcel at the time of delivery.

If delivery fails due to customer negligence, non-availability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order will be returned to us.
Re-delivery can be arranged upon request, but the customer will bear all associated delivery costs.

Please note: No refund of advance payment will be made in cases where the customer exhibits negligence, misconduct, or inappropriate behavior in receiving the parcel.


 Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments

Every Maverick Modon parcel is packed with utmost care. However, if your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

  • Retain all packaging materials for inspection.

Provide a videographic proof by means of WhatsApp or Email, Our team after verification will reach out to you and provide you a replacement/Refund as you wish without any hidden/extra charges.

If the shipment is lost or misplaced by the courier, we will investigate the matter and offer a replacement or appropriate resolution as per our Exchange & Refunds Policy.


 Order Modification or Cancellation

If you wish to modify your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us before dispatch via:

Once the parcel has been shipped, modifications or cancellations will no longer be possible.

Where a return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, Maverick Modon will bear all courier expenses.
In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for delivery costs.
