Exchange & Refunds Policy

At Maverick Modon all the Exchange/Refunds are accepted WHOLE HEARTEDLY. Your money is your tutelage and can get it back anytime if it doesn't satisfy the reason you have given it for.

In order to exercise your right of Exchange/Refund, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Our team will respond/look into your request and will process it at the earliest possible.

We will reimburse/Exchange product to you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for an Exchange/Refund, please make sure that:

• The goods are in the original condition

• No issue if their tags/packing have been removed but the product should not used

• It should not be washed. torn or damaged.

We reserve the right to refuse Exchange/Refund of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Note: The goods falling short of the criteria to be eligible for Exchange/Refund will not be sent back to the customer.

the customer him/herself is responsible to deliver the product to our correspondence address and bear all the expenses related to delivering product to us and back to him.

But if the exchange is due to the defect, we will bear the expense of delivering new product back to customer.

Therefore, it is advised to calmly think before purchasing any product and specially sending it for Exchange/Refund.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a Exchange/Refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return or will be replaced with a new product. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
